Acceptable use policy

• Use the platform for Lam Soon work only.
• Keep your password private and sign out on shared or public computers.
• Enter accurate information in reports, tickets and bookings.
• Be respectful in APEX tickets, messages and Wall posts, even when raising a complaint.
• Cancel room bookings you no longer need, so others can use the room.
• Report anything that looks wrong, such as access you shouldn't have, to PSG IT.

• Share your account, use someone else's, or register for another person.
• Try to get access, data or features your role doesn't give you, or test the platform's security without written permission from PSG IT.
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or defamatory.
• Use the anonymous APEX Wall to target or identify a person, or to make false accusations.
• Upload malware, or files you have no right to share.
• Add personal data about other people that the task doesn't need, such as identity card numbers, health or bank details.
• Copy or send company data outside Lam Soon unless your job requires it and company policy allows it.
• Make bookings you don't intend to use, or use automated tools to make bookings or overload the platform.

People with administrator or reviewer roles must use their extra access only for their duties. Give a reason for administrator changes (it is recorded in the audit log), grant only the access people need, and remove it when it is no longer needed.

If you think your account has been misused, you have seen data you shouldn't, or you have found a security problem, tell PSG IT straight away at lyko@lamsoon.com.my. Don't try to investigate it yourself.

Breaking this policy may lead to posts being hidden, access being suspended or removed, and action under Lam Soon's disciplinary procedures.
